- Thierry Paquot, philosopher, university professor (Urban Institute of Paris, Paris XII-Val- de-Marne), publisher of the journal Planning, producer of "city side" on France-Culture in Metropolitan and François Chaslin The chief scientist of the program as a city in the Forum des Images (Paris).
